Reservation Registration and Cancellation Policy.
Reservation is confirmed on receipt of deposit of 50% of total charter or course fee. Balance of charter/course fee is due one month prior to departure date. Early registration and payment in full can yield up to 10% discount. (10% for registration and payment prior to 2 months before departure date - 5% for payment prior to 1 month.) Cancellation and refund policy: Cancellation of trip or a course by Wildrose, 100% of all monies paid. Cancellation by charterer within one month to two weeks of departure date, 75% refund of monies paid; within 2 weeks of departure date, 50% refund of monies paid. Fees cover berth, food and drinks onboard and ground transport to and from local airport or bus terminals. Arrangements for airfare/passage to and from departure and destination points are responsibility of the charterer. Cancellation of enrollment in Basic Cruising course or Coastal Navigation course by student after theory has commenced will give a 90% refund if all materials are turned in prior to completion of first class. After first class, monies paid can be credited to next available class.
